		<description>Totally agree about the need for a greater attacking intent in games like this. Our formation is too defensive, and someone (probably Barry) will have to play in central midfield holding possession and acting as a playmaker. Our famous &#039;winning mentality&#039; needs working on as well...the lack of thought about winning the game after the equiliser, from everyone except the manager, spoke volumes. We&#039;re still in it to win it (4th) though and Fulham is huge at the weekend.</description>
